Email DeliveryThe order confirmation, invoice and license data for the software AllSync will be sent to you via our email address 'firstname.lastname@example.org'. Please make sure that our emails are not blocked by your mail filter or email provider.
Order ProcessHere you will find an overview of the entire ordering process:
- Add a product to the shopping cart.
- Enter your customer details.
- Specify the name of the licensee for whom the license should become valid.
- Click on the button 'Proceed to Checkout'.
- Check your customer details and the products in the shopping cart.
- Click on the button 'Place Order Now' to place your order.
- You will receive an order confirmation by email.
- Pay your order.
- We send you the license data for the software AllSync and the invoice by email after we received the payment.
AllSync Home EditionThe Home Edition of AllSync may only be installed on a user's private (non-business) computer at home and used for private (i.e. non-commercial) purposes. You need the Professional or Business Edition if you are using AllSync commercially.
UpgradesYou can order an upgrade to a higher product edition if you own licenses of the AllSync Home or Professional Edition. When ordering an upgrade, make sure to order the same number of licenses as you presently have.
Increase number of licensesPlease order the additional licenses for the same product edition of AllSync in the online shop. At the 'Licensing' section select the option 'Increase license count of this license data' and enter your existing license data. This ensures that the license count of your existing license will be increased by the license amount of your new order.
Aggregated OrdersFor each individual/company you must add a separate product to the shopping cart. This enables you to specify different licensee data for each individual/company at the Licensing section.
PricesThe product prices in the online shop are always invoiced in euros (€) when you order. However, you can change the displayed prices at the product selection to another international currency more relevant to you.
Payment MethodsYour payment will be transacted by the online payment service PayPal.
The following payment methods are available:

DeliveryAfter receiving your payment we will send you the license data for the software AllSync within 24 hours to your email address. Within the Download Area for customer you can download the full version of the software AllSync. Please use your license data to log into the protected Download Area.
Customer AccountA password-protected Customer Account is created for each new customer when they order. The login details for the customer account will be sent to you by email with the order confirmation. With your customer account you can manage your orders:
- Check the status of your order
- Pay or cancel orders
- View, print or download orders and invoices
- View and print out emails with the order confirmation or the license data
- Edit your customer details
- Send a question about an order to our support team
