Protected files

Hi all,

I can't get to grips with this. I have 783 duplicates but all not processed due to being protected.
The info message advised all files selected will prevent processing but how do I select only duplicates?
I just can't see an option for this.

You cant select only duplicates because all files in the search results are duplicates!

Check the select commands at the menu bar to select the duplicates in a group except one file.

Thanks. There are photos it doesn't detect - seems to be identical jpg images, same dimensions but different sizes in Mb. Don't know what I'm doing wrong there.
