Order Process
Here you can find an overview of the complete order process:- Add the desired product to the shopping cart.
- Enter your customer data.
- Specify the name under which the license should be issued.
- Click on the button Order Summary.
- Check your data and products in the order summary.
- Click on the button Buy Now to finalize the order bindingly.
- You will immediately receive an order confirmation via email.
- You pay for the order.
- We will send you the license data and the invoice (PDF) via email within 24 hours.
Email Dispatch
Order confirmation, invoice, and license data for the AllSync software will be sent to you via the email address shoporder@allsync.biz. Please ensure that your mail filter or email provider does not block our email.Back to Overview
Payment Methods
The payment service providers PayPal and Stripe are available for your payment.- The following payment methods are available with PayPal:
- PayPal (Express checkout or login)

- Direct Debit (available depending on region)

Delivery
The license data for the AllSync software will be sent to you via email within 24 hours after receipt of payment and will also be permanently available in your customer account. With the license data, you will then gain access to the full version of the AllSync software.Back to Overview
Customer Account
A customer account, with which you can manage your order, is automatically created for every new customer. With your customer account, you can:- Check the status of your orders
- Pay for or cancel orders
- View all emails (order & license data)
- View or download sent PDF documents
- Edit your personal customer data
- Send questions about orders to support

AllSync Home Edition
The Home Edition may only be used by private individuals on privately used computers for purely private purposes. Use in companies, by self-employed individuals, freelancers, authorities, associations, or in any other commercial, educational, or institutional context is not permitted. For these fields of application, a license of the Professional or Business Edition must be acquired.Back to Overview
Upgrade Product Edition
Owners of an AllSync Home or Professional Edition can purchase an upgrade to a higher edition at any time.Example: You own 3 licenses of the AllSync Home Edition and would like to upgrade them to the AllSync Professional Edition. For this purpose, you must order the product Upgrade AllSync Home → Professional with a quantity of 3.

Extend License Quantity
If you already own a license, you can extend its scope by purchasing additional licenses. To do this, select the option Extend license quantity of the following license data in the Licensing area and enter your existing license data.Back to Overview
Group Orders
The online shop supports group orders for different individuals or companies within a single copy operation. To do this, place a separate product in the shopping cart for each licensee. Under Licensing, you can then specify the individual name for each licensee.Back to Overview
