Open source?

Any chance of making this application open source?

I've used this great application for the last 10-20 years and know it's a place of passion. But with that, a huge burden of time and energy comes with it. So, I was just wondering if you'd be willing to make it open source so that people can keep the legacy alive, and do updates, like making it 64bit.
