You're using the database.
Wonder if that might be the issue?
If you were to disable usage of the database, does AllDup then find your wanted files?
(You might want to backup, or rename, the database's directory, such that you can restore it - theoretically, without losing its data [if that is ...

Re: Can't figure out why Alldup isn't scanning one of my source folders
So you're wanting to scan; New Found Floppy 3 & AA Lotus Notes ?
What does your, lastsearch.txt, file show?
"OneDrive", so I suppose that is some sort of "cloud"?
Are both of those directories (including expected files) actually (physically) "local", on your computer?

Re: MP3 byte-for-byte audio content comparison - issues
Looks like a place like, https://app.mediafire.com/, should work.
After you upload the file(s), to the right, there is a "menu" (...),
& if you right click that, there are various options, like, 'Copy link',
which would give you something like:

Based on the Help, see what...
Find similar file names, Comparison: Ratcliff-Obershelp, might do?

Otherwise, you could compare by Properties, rather then name, & Content at that.

Re: Alldup seeming to break windows 11 task bar search
After using Alldup for several days my task bar and start button search just had a blue line that would run from left to right (moving) under the search bar.
Did you restart the computer during that time?
And if so, was the line there, after restart, but before opening AllDup?
Kind of sounds ...

Re: Add folders from the context menu
Maybe something could be whipped up, writing wanted dirnames to a file, then using AllDup command-line options to parse said directory names.
You're in "Explorer", right-click, SendTo -> Write.dirname.to.AllDUP
& that does something to the effect to... write said dirname to a file, say c:/out ...

Re: Not deleting empty folders
Might you have a hidden file/directory, even 0-byte, within said folder?
That would cause the folder to not be deleted.
If xxx & yyy were all duplicates, & they were removed, only the folder \3\ would be removed, cause it is the only (newly) empty folder affected by file deletions (of the xxx ...

http: (not https:) login does not work
http: (as opposed to https:) login (seemingly) does not work.

I received a, "The submitted form was invalid. Try submitting again.", message.

When this happens, do you still have the AllDup icon on the Windows Taskbar?

In 4.5.72, you can work-around it...
Exit AllDup.
(Backup first.)
Edit config4.ini.
In the, [Shortcuts], section
add (or modify, as appropriate) the following:
That should get you back working again.
