AllSync & AllDup

Hi,
I am not that familiar yet in using this software, maybe i done something wrong with setting of the schedule. the scenario was i am trying to put an schedule for automatic backup but unfortunately really its not working.
what to do? what are the thing need setup firs? the date was set already ...
