Agree with your findings in general - it is not PNG problem, it has to be something special about my screenshots from phone. Have tested additionally - and with my other PNG files comparison works all right on my side also. But not with mobile screenshots - for them 100 ...

Using AllDup ver. 4.5.31, looks like found bug - when opening saved search result and save them before closure their original Comment (which contains info about options used for search) became replaced by info from current set of options selected for search.

Using AllDup ver 4.5.31, and it looks like it using only one CPU for hashing (see screenshot). Please, consider adding multithread support in the future - having 16 CPUs literally mean that your program could run 10 times faster
