Hello.

I used the "Use Windows Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS) to copy open files" option and I solved my problem.

Hello, I'm not accomplishing my backup routines, after I reinstalled Windows. I am running Windows 8 Professional x64, with the version 3.5.64 of AllSync.
